Product warranty agreement



1)The service contents specified in the after-sales service terms are applicable to the bus-type multi-axis servo drive, drive control integration, remote IO module products, etc. purchased in the Chinese market through Motong and its authorized legal channels.
2)The warranty period of this product is 18 months (subject to the barcode information of the machine body). During the warranty period, if the product fails or is damaged under normal use according to the user manual, our company is responsible for free maintenance.
3)During the warranty period, certain maintenance costs will be charged for damage caused by the following reasons
a. Damage to the machine due to misuse or unauthorized repair and modification;
b. Machine damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary disasters;
c. Hardware damage caused by artificial fall and transportation after purchase
d. Machine damage caused by failure to operate according to the user manual provided by our company;
e. Faults and damages caused by faults other than the machine (such as external equipment factors)。
f. The product code cannot be recognized due to the tearing, alteration or other reasons of the product nameplate label;
4)In case of product failure or damage, please fill in the contents of the Product Warranty Card in detail.
5)The charge of maintenance costs shall be subject to the latest adjusted Maintenance Price List of our company.
6)Note to customers: please try to back up the program parameters before sending for repair to avoid retesting the repaired machine. Our products are precision electronic products. Customers should pay attention to using safe and reliable packaging and transportation methods during repair to avoid secondary damage during transportation. Our company will not bear corresponding responsibilities for damage caused during transportation. Please understand. If the customer does not receive feedback within 5 working days after sending the repaired parts, please call the corresponding business personnel for inquiry to prevent the repaired parts from being lost in transit< br /> 7)If there is any problem in the product service process, please contact our company or agent in time.
