M820 series products are special models developed according to the technological requirements, industry characteristics and technical difficulties of robots and high-speed manipulators. The unique combined design of power supply module and single and double axis modules has typical characteristics of flexible expansion, safe association, precise positioning, etc. The 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 axis is flexible and widely used in industrial robot equipment such as SCARA, Delta, 6-joint, 4-joint, and more flexible to expand to industries with additional axes.

Exclusive hardware architecture

◆Large reduction in volume: The common DC bus electrical topology and Motong's unique inter-module connection patent are adopted to easily realize module disassembly and assembly. Compared with traditional single-body servo, the installation volume is significantly reduced (including 35%~40% saving for 4-axis and 45%~50% saving for 6-axis)；

◆Reduction of cabinet cost: Multi-axis modular servo with centralized power module management is adopted to save the power supply line, auxiliary power line, control harness and braking resistance of each servo shaft, save more than 50% of field wiring and installation time, improve the efficiency of electrical panel and cabinet, and save installation cost；

◆Flexible module configuration: Flexible extension of additional axis, such as welding robot can flexibly extend 1~3 axis displacement additional axis, and other robots can flexibly extend conveyor belt, control axis or other functional additional axis；

◆Integrated motor holding brake control: Do output has 1.5A direct drive capability, omits the transfer relay board of each joint motor holding brake, and the holding brake control output has short circuit and anti-daze protection；

◆Security association control: Real-time interaction of operation status and data between modules and servo axes can be achieved through the internal bus of the driver, and multi-axis associated protection logic can be configured to protect the robot；

◆Standard dynamic braking: In the process of power-on and power-off of the system, in case of power failure during high-speed operation, abnormal alarm, and motor holding brake failure, all joints of the robot can be protected by the dynamic braking of the driver to prevent flying, free falling of joints and other situations, providing multiple professional protection for the robot and users。
