The M800 series is the second generation of high-performance bus-type servo driver independently developed by Motong for multi-axis transmission scenarios, and is also the crystallization of Motong's unremitting pursuit of technology. Compared with the first generation M600 series, the M800 series further optimizes the configuration, reduces the size, improves the product performance and power density, and makes it more perfect! The M800 follows the exclusive power supply+single and double shaft modular combined design. Customers can freely combine the power (50W~4.5kW) into a servo driver with any number of 1~10 shafts; In the multi-axle transmission application scenario, the highly integrated structure greatly reduces the installation size, simplifies the difficulty of on-site installation and wiring, reduces the user's cabinet costs and cabinet hours, and improves the system reliability. EtherCAT bus communication mode enables the product communication cycle to be as short as 250u5; Seamless connection with main stations such as BevelwinCAT platform, CodeSYS platform, Omron, Kearns, Trio and Baoyuan; Only one network cable can realize multi-axis joint control!

Compared with traditional single servo, the installation volume is greatly reduced. Motor code   We assign unique identity information to each motor, store the T-S curve of the motor internally, and configure the optimal current loop. After connecting the motor, we only need to input the 4-digit motor code to start running, which greatly reduces the difficulty of customer debugging and shorten the debugging time。
