MB6 series plug-in I/O module is composed of coupler module, I/O function module, relay power module, common end module and end cover. The I/O function module is also divided into digital quantity, relay, analog quantity, pulse output, encoder, temperature, communication and other functional modules with multiple types and points. Customers can match according to the site requirements, and support mainstream EtherCAT, PROFINET, CC-Link, and other communication protocols, It is widely used in various bus applications.

Lightweight and convenient& Reliable connection

◆Light and thin insert: Plug-in modular design, thin to 15mm；
◆Convenient installation： Snap-type guide rail structure, easy disassembly and maintenance; Screw-free terminal blocks can reduce wiring time, improve installation efficiency and expand easily; Each coupler can support up to 32 I/O modules；

◆Wiring is firm: The terminal sinking design makes the contact more firm. The unique binding hole design makes the wiring more beautiful and prevents the terminal from loosening；

◆Standard end cover： The standard end cap and end cap are used as the end point of addressing, and the communication will be more stable；

◆Intelligent power supply: Coupler power supply supplies IO module synchronously, without external power supply (except DO module)；
◆high-capacity： Digital quantity DO module supports high current operation, with normal time of 1.5A；

◆High speed response: The transmission speed can reach 100Mbps (full duplex), the communication cycle can be as short as 125us, high-precision distributed clock, precise synchronization (jitter< 1us)；

◆Multiple protection： Power input (coupler, relay power module, etc.) has reverse connection protection, digital output (transistor type), analog output (voltage, current), and short circuit protection function；
